By submitting your email address through our early access form, you are joining a waitlist and opting in to receive communications from Knoteably. Early access registration does not guarantee access to the product or any specific features.

When paid plans become available, subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly communicated before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store) are subject to those platforms' billing terms and refund policies.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Knoteably is a productivity tool designed to assist with follow-up management. We are not responsible for any business outcomes, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information managed within the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knoteably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
